13th August and following Saturdays, Essex: Meeting and activity day at Dale Farm making preparations for eviction resistance

Activity weekends

There will be activity weekends at Dale Farm, every Saturday until the opening of Camp Constant on Saturday, 27th August.

On Sat 30th July, arrive on site by 11am. There will be an additional briefing at 1pm for latecomers.

Please email: savedalefarm@gmail.com for more information and to let us know when you’ll be arriving. This will help with work and activities planning and to let residents know how many people need to be accommodated on site on Friday/Saturday nights.

These days will involve:
* Planning
* Introductions and discussions with Dale Farm residents
* Helping build obstacles to make eviction more difficult
* Legal observer & human rights training
* Media training, including photography, film making, reportage
* Peaceful resistance and non-violent civil disobedience workshops

Families at Dale Farm have been given until midnight on August 31 to abandon their homes, or face their entire community being bulldozed.
