11 August Busting the Myths -learn the truth about anarchism London

In the wake of the police first saying "Any information relating to anarchists should be reported to your local police." and then withdrawing the information, but still implying that anarchist = criminal, come along to a public meeting to hear from real anarchists from different backgrounds who different things.

Anarchists are involved in various anti-cuts movements, anarchist students have been central to their movement, some anarchists are important people in the trade union movement and anarchists have been involved in legal campaigns to help protesters arrested and jailed. Hear about all these campaigns and more as five activists tell you what they do and why anarchism inspires them.

Speakers include:
Donnacha DeLong, NUJ President (Chair)
Chetna Yuvraj, student occupier
Andy Littlechild, RMT activist
Zoe Stavri, activist with UK Uncut
Andy Meinke, activist in the Legal Defence and Monitoring Group and Freedom Press worker

Please note: Press are welcome, just please identify yourself - this is a public meeting, so it doesn't count as you infiltrating it. The same goes for legitimately curious police officers, but not FIT and, if you're an undercover cop, I suppose there's not much we can do about it!
