Compañeros y compañeras: el sabado desde las 14:00 hrs en el centro cultural de la poblacion Aguita de la perdiz se realizara una actividad cultural. La actividad se realizara de forma conjunta entre pobladores y estudiantes y la idea es concientizar sobre la problematica educacional y conversar otros temas, junto con pasar un agradable momento.
Habra poesia, musica, videos, fotografias, se pintara un mural y se realizara una murga.

Bericht über die Europäische Solidaritätsbrigade im zapatistischen Aufstandsgebiet

Im Juli 2010 reiste eine Solidaritätsbrigade europäischer Kollektive nach Chiapas, Mexiko, um die fünf rebellischen Zonen der zapatistischen Befreiungsbewegung zu besuchen. Seit Mitte des Jahres 2009 häufen sich die Meldungen der zapatistischen Räte der Guten Regierung und verschiedener Menschenrechtsorganisationen über die Repression seitens des mexikanischen Staates, die Vertreibungen ganzer Gemeinden, die Militärpräsenz, das Einsetzen paramilitärischer Gruppen, körperliche Übergriffe bis hin zu Morden, Drohungen oder die Durchsetzung von Regierungsprogrammen zur Spaltung der indigenen Gemeinden umfasst. Die Strategien der Aufstandsbekämpfung gegen die autonomen Strukturen sind vielfältig. Ein Ziel der Brigade bestand daher in der Dokumentation der aktuellen Menschenrechtsverletzungen, die sich nicht nur auf zapatistischem Gebiet zutragen.

»Der kontinuierliche Aufbau unserer Autonomie ist unsere Widerstandsstrategie gegen die Repression seitens des mexikanischen Staates«, so der Rat der Guten Regierung in Oventik auf die Frage, wie sich die Zapatistas gegenüber den Provokationen verhalten. Angesichts des enormen ökonomischen und politischen Druckes, dem die rebellischen autonomen Gemeinden alltäglich ausgesetzt sind, haben sie in den 16 Jahren ihres Aufstandes eine erstaunliche Infrastruktur aufgebaut. Wie sich die Brigade überzeugen konnte, existieren in jedem der fünf Caracoles autonome Bildungs-, Gesundheits-, Justiz- sowie agrarökologische Strukturen, die auch von zahlreichen nicht-zapatistischen Personen konsultiert werden.

Ein beeindruckendes Beispiel ist die Frauenklinik für reproduktive und sexuelle Gesundheit in La Garrucha, die teilweise über moderne Technik verfügt und sich zugleich traditioneller indigener Heilmethoden bedient. Die Klinik stellt eine Referenz zu den Forderungen nach Anerkennung und Respekt, die die zapatistischen Frauen 1993 im revolutionären Frauengesetz formuliert hatten. Dank der Arbeit der Gesundheitspromotorinnen konnte die Mütter- und Kindersterblichkeitsrate in der Region enorm gesenkt werden.

Neben der Dokumentation der jüngsten Fortschritte in dem indigen geprägten Aufstandsgebiet bestand ein weiteres Ziel der Brigade in der Vermittlung einer horizontalen Solidarität aus Europa und im Austausch über gemeinsame Widerstandsstrategien.

Ein Angehöriger der Gruppe B.A.S.T.A. (Lutz Kerkeling), der an der Brigade teilgenommen hat, berichtet mit zahlreichen Bildern über den Verlauf der Brigade. Luz Kerkeling (Jahrgang 1972) bereiste zehn mal die Konfliktregion von Chiapas. Er ist Soziologe und arbeitet als Dozent, Referent, freier Journalist und Filmemacher. Zur Zeit promoviert er zum Thema „Umweltzerstörung, Marginalisierung und indigener Widerstand in Südmexiko“ an der Universität Münster.

Zentrale Themen des Vortrags sind:
− Wie ist die aktuelle Situation der Zapatistas in Südmexiko?
− Mit welchen Schwierigkeiten ist die indigene Bewegung konfrontiert?
− Welche Fortschritte konnte die Bewegung erreichen?
− Welche Perspektiven zeichnen sich ab?

Im Anschluss:
Party mit Lucha Amada und Mate, Kultura Popular

Nach dem Vortrag geht es dann weiter mit einer Party. Lucha Amada ist ein kleines DJ- und Konzertveranstaltungskollektiv, welches seit 10 Jahren für politische Einmischung sowie rebellische Sounds und grenzenlose Beats steht. „Lucha Amada“ heisst „geliebter Kampf“ (span.) und ist durch ein Wortspiel mit „lucha armada – bewaffneter Kampf“ entstanden. Der Name steht für unsere Sehnsucht nach einem besseren Leben für alle, für die Lust dafür zu kämpfen und die Liebe zur Musik.“

Mate, Kultura Popular sind DJ Gonzales und DJ Garbanzis. Sie kommen aus Misiones (Argentinien) und Minas de Corrales (Uruguay) leben seit einigen Jahren in München und geben ihren Versuch eine alternative Latinoszene zu festigen nicht auf.

Ausserdem feiern wir an diesem Abend das Erscheinen der 10 Jahre Lucha Amada-Compilation, einer auf dem Label Jump Up erscheinenden Doppel-CD mit 40 Bands. Der Erlös des Soli-Samplers wird an 2 Projekte gespendet:

On January 1, 1994, the day the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) took effect, the Zapatista National Liberation Army, made up of impoverished Mayan Indians from the state of Chiapas, took over five towns and 500 ranches in southern Mexico. The Government deployed its troops, and at least 145 people died in the ensuing battle. Fighting for indigenous Mexicans to regain control over their lives and the land, the Zapatista Army, led by the charismatic, guerrilla poet Subcommandante Marcos, started sending their message to the world via the Internet. The result was what The New York Times called “the world's first post-modern revolution.” Filmmaker Nettie Wild travelled to the jungle canyons of southern Mexico to film the elusive and fragile life of the uprising. Her camera effectively and movingly captures the human dimensions behind this war of symbols.

Documental que habla sobre los hechos de racismo ocurridos el 24 de mayo del 2008 en Sucre, Bolivia.
La difusión de este documental fue prohibida en Sucre.
Esta película muestra los hechos violentos y racistas que ocurrieron el 24 de mayo de 2008 en la ciudad boliviana de Sucre. Producido por Cesar Brie y un grupo de documentalistas de Sucre, este documental contiene escenas de la brutal violencia causados por miembros del Comité Inter-institucional y por estudiantes de la Universidad San Francisco Xavier, contra agricultores, policías y líderes comunales indígenas. Lo más lamentable es ver como pobladores urbanos de origen nativo insultan y atacan a sus hermanos y hermanas indígenas, utilizando insultos racistas contra su misma raza. Esto es resultado de la educación racista que los medios de comunicación y el sistema educativo promueven en Bolivia, que hacen creer a los indígenas urbanos que ellos descienden exclusivamente de hispanos y otras etnias y culturas europeas.

En el marco de la conmemoración del Día Internacional de la Mujer Indígena, se realizará la proyección de 3 películas en el Auditorium Selva Saavedra de la UFRO. La teta asustada se presentará el 31 de agosto. Bartolina Sisa se proyectará el 5 de septiembre juntoa mujeres con la dignidad rebelde y el 7 del mismo mes la película Jinete de Ballenas. Cabe mencionar que el día 5 de Septiembre se conmemora la muerte de la líder y guerrera Aymara, Bartolina Sisa, quien por haberse opuesto a la dominación y a la opresión de los conquistadores españoles en la guerra de 1781 en Bolivia, fue brutalmente asesinada en la ciudad de la Paz.

En el marco de la conmemoración del Día Internacional de la Mujer Indígena, el Observatorio de Equidad en Salud según Género y Pueblo Mapuche, el Instituto de Estudios Indígenas y el Proyecto Rupu, pertenecientes a la Universidad de la Frontera, invitan a un Cine - Foro a realizarse en el Auditorium Selva Saavedra, los días 31 de Agosto, 5 y 7 de septiembre. Sus propios compañeros la traicionan y la entregan a Sebastián Segurola como prisionera de guerra. Bartolina y Tupak Katari son sentenciados a muerte: en noviembre de 1781 Tupak es asesinado y en setiembre de 1782, Bartolina es torturada, ahorcada y descuartizada, exhibiendo la cabeza y las extremidades en los distintos lugares en que ella luchó.

‘Protecting Mother Earth Gathering’ to be held July 28-31 on Indian Reservation ravaged by oil and gas industry

New Town, ND—Community members of the Mandan, Hidatsa, and Arikara Nation (MHA) are hosting the 16th Protecting Mother Earth Gathering (PME) at the Little Shell Antelope Society arbor in the Four Bears Park campground, south of the 4 Bears Casino, from July 28-31, 2011. The Four Bears Park is situated 4 miles west of New Town, North Dakota.

The Indigenous Environmental Network (IEN), a Native national environmental justice advocacy organization, is sponsoring the gathering where educators, indigenous peoples, local community members, youth and elders, and other interested individuals camp outdoors together for four days to collectively discourse and strategize on the resolution of local, national, and international environmental justice and indigenous rights issues through forums of plenary and concurrent workshop sessions.

The theme for the July gathering is “Water, Energy, Climate, and the Importance of Health & and Culture,” which is fitting for the indigenous community hosting PME. The MHA homelands are currently in the midst of a gigantic oil boom on the Fort Berthold Indian Reservation. Tribal members are experiencing social, economic, environmental, and cultural changes for which they were wholly unprepared. A greatly increased industry-related population has resulted in a town full of strangers competing for the same jobs and resources as the local people. Long convoys of huge industrial vehicles roar through the towns and countryside tearing up roads that weren’t built for behemoth trucks.

The Protecting Mother Earth Gathering will provide a forum for the local community and visitors to discuss their specific and mutual concerns, to gain an understanding of IEN’s work, and to seek viable methods for protecting the environment. A presentation and discussion led by a local activist who recently studied in the Zapatista "caracol" of Oventik, Chiapas, as well as in the communities of groups involved in the "Other Campaign" (an international project for solidarity against capitalism and for autonomy initiated by the Zapatistas).

The talk will be on Zapatista autonomous organization, urban organizing examples and land take overs in the Other Campaign, and the human rights situation in Chiapas. The event will be helping to raise funds for a currently harassed Zapatista community in which the presenter has spent time recently as an international human rights observer.

Dall’insurrezione zapatista del 1º gennaio 1994, il Messico ha conosciuto molte e diversificate lotte sociali di straordinario vigore. Oltre alle esperienze in Chiapas condotte dall’EZLN, vanno senz’altro ricordate le vittoriose lotte di Atenco contro l’apertura di un nuovo aeroporto internazionale per Città del Messico, la rivolta di Tepotzlan in Morelos contro la costruzione del più grande campo da golf di tutta l’America e, da ultimo, la valorosa battaglia della “comune” di Oaxaca.
Però, a fianco di queste splendide esperienze sociali, andava crescendo sempre più il potere dei cartelli della droga, la corruzione dilagava nella politica e tra i giudici, in combutta con i narcotrafficanti, e le violenze contro gli attivisti sociali, quando non il loro assassinio, spostavano a poco a poco l’asse del conflitto.
Con la fraudolenta elezione di Felipe Calderón nel 2006, avvenuta nonostante le massicce manifestazioni di resistenza a Città del Messico, la deriva violenta del potere era un fatto acquisito.
In nome della cosiddetta “guerra al narcotraffico”, le uccisioni e le stragi diventavano un fatto quotidiano, con il risultato che in quattro anni di presidenza Calderón si sono contati circa 40 mila morti. Le bande dei narcotrafficanti, quando non direttamente la polizia o l’esercito, seminano il terrore, mentre foto orripilanti di cadaveri decapitati e martoriati riempiono le pagine dei giornali.
La militarizzazione del Messico è ormai una certezza, mentre le lotte sociali diventano sempre più difficili e gli Stati Uniti s’intromettono in maniera crescente negli affari interni del Paese. Ed è così che quella frontiera splendidamente narrata da Cormac McCarthy, oggi superprotetta con i suoi traffici d’armi, droga e clandestini, torna a riaprirsi alle scorrerie dei gringos come ai tempi di Theodore Roosevelt.

Quando la norma si fa muro

La regolazione del conflitto sancisce la separazione tra chi è dentro “l’ordine” e chi ne è fuori. Una frontiera, metafora materiata del disequilibrio da difendere, separa rigidamente gli uomini e veglia sul passaggio delle merci. La regola assume l’aspetto del muro, del tratto di mare, della striscia desertica controllata dai droni, a proteggere le enclaves ricche di “civiltà” dall’assalto degli stranieri che le minacciano.
Al di qua del muro non occorre conoscere per davvero quanto accade al di là. Oltre la siepe ci sono il buio, la “casa maledetta” di Boo Radley, “il disordine” – lo “si sa” – e ciò conferma la necessità di proteggersi evitando il contatto. Così il confine alimenta una rappresentazione pregiudizievole e razzista che tende ad autogiustificarsi. Il “diritto” della difesa nazionale mina il dovere della solidarietà tra i popoli e trasforma
il conflitto sociale in una questione di ordine pubblico internazionale.
Nella terza parte della serie di incontri sulle “lunghe ombre del diritto” vorremmo affrontare, nell’ottica di chi sta dall’altra parte del muro, alcune di queste situazioni di regolamentazione dello spazio “esterno”.
- Il Messico, separato dagli Stati Uniti da un confine fatto di deserto, filo spinato e barriere elettroniche
- I Paesi del Maghreb, separati dall’Europa da un mare Mediterraneo pattugliato dalle marine militari
- La Palestina, separata da Israele da un muro lungo quasi mille chilometri, archetipo quintessenziale di tutti i muri eretti dopo l’89
- L’Africa sub-sahariana, separata da un muro naturale di sabbia, che non impedisce però alle ricche enclaves di depredarne le risorse

Pisa, 25 giugno – Attualità del popolo mapuche e lotte sociali in Cile

Dal XIX secolo a oggi i mapuche hanno a che fare con l’espropriazione delle loro terre da parte, soprattutto, delle imprese forestali ed energetiche. Il bosco originario del Wallmapu viene sostituito da piantagioni di pino ed eucalipto che comportano la scomparsa del bosco nativo e l’entrata in scena di nuove industrie inquinanti come quella della cellulosa; d’altra parte vediamo come negli ultimi anni l’industria idroelettrica (soprattutto enel ed endesa) sta distruggendo decine di fiumi nel wallmapu.

Quest’impatto negativo delle industrie si scontra nettamente con il rispetto della natura da parte della cultura mapuche.
Il movimento anarchico in Cile è uno dei più attivi negli ultimi anni contro ogni forma di dominio con la pratica dell’azione diretta portata avanti contro i simboli del capitalismo, dello sfruttamento animale e della terra, del controllo sociale e dello stato.
Uno degli obiettivi principali della lotta cilena al momento è quella contro i progetti di devastazione ambientale portati avanti da enel-endesa.

COMUNICADO DE LA MARCHA POPULAR INDIGNADA
Propuesta de movilización social pacífica, no violenta, que se suma al espíritu constructivo, democrático, pacífico e inclusivo del movimiento 15M.
Durante parte de los meses de junio y julio, desde varias ciudades del Estado saldrán caminando varias marchas, configurando rutas en dirección al centro político de España. Confirmadas están, entre otras, Santiago de Compostela, Cadiz, Murcia, Valencia, A Coruña, Barcelona, Logroño, Málaga y Granada.
Está previsto realizar las rutas a lo largo de un mes y la llegada a Madrid será el 23 de julio.
Las Marchas realizarán y compartirán asambleas en cada pueblo y en cada barrio por el que discurra esta marcha de dignidad y transformación;
Las asambleas, constituidas como encuentros para el intercambio de ideas y palabras, recogerán las inquietudes, las reivindicaciones, las experiencias y las luchas de todos los pueblos. Recopilando todas ellas se elaborará un gran libro y se establecerá un diálogo ininterrumpido entre las acampadas, ciudades, pueblos, barrios e individuos, encaminado hacia la construcción de un mundo más justo donde quepamos todas las personas.
Muchas de las personas que forman el movimiento se quedarán trabajando en las asambleas que ya están en marcha, tan necesarias para continuar luchando por este movimiento pacífico y por esta causa. Marchas y asambleas seguirán siempre en contacto y diálogo. Saldremos unas pocas, pero cuando lleguemos a Madrid seremos la suma de todas esas voces, de todas las voluntades, y seremos miles.
Este es un camino que parte de la humildad del que camina, escucha y dialoga. Sabemos que el proceso de transformación social de hacer un mundo mejor implica “un largo” aprendizaje. Esta es una forma de decir que el camino es largo, pero a los caminos largos se les mide con pasos pequeños, y ese es el propósito de esta marcha.
Nuestra indignación se convierte en escucha y nuestras acciones se encaminan hacia la construcción de nuevas vías de participación, transformaciones sociales, democráticas y pacíficas.
En este blog estamos recopilando toda la infomación sobre las fechas de salida y las rutas de cada una de las marchas. Todas tienen necesidades similares: comida, coches de apoyo, tiendas de campaña, material sanitario y materiales genéricos, pero sobre todo apoyo humano en foma de voluntarios que quieran colaborar, ya sea facilitando el descanso, ayudando a montar esas tiendas, preparando comida, y colaborando activamente, y cómo no, participando con sus ideas . Quién desee colaborar que se pongan en contacto con los responsables de cada marcha a través de los correos electrónicos que se pueden encontrar en esta web.
Las asambleas seguirán siendo nuestro espacio de expresión política, su legitimidad emana de la participación del pueblo.
La transformación social no depende de los gobiernos ni de los gobernantes, sino de la ciudadanía y sus necesidades.


Aclaraciones sobre el sentido y consecuencias de la Marcha:

·Independientemente de lo que ocurra en las acampadas en los próximos días, la marcha puede servir para consolidar la relación entre las asamableas creadas o ampliadas a raíz del 15-M (en barrios y pueblos).

·La Marcha no debe interpretarse como una simplificación de la protesta, sino como una extensión de la misma. Diseminar la indignación y el debate en asamblea, aprender de otras experiencias colectivas de resistencia y lucha, conectarnos, hacer red.

·Tampoco debe entenderse la ida a Madrid como reconocimiento del Gobierno central. Es un espacio geográficamente central donde, además, se encuentra el Gobierno. Nos sirve de punto de encuentro.
